Weekly Trophy Tip – Dragon Age: Inquisition – Persuasive

This weeks trophy tip comes once again via Dragon Age: Inquisition. While this trophy took me a couple of times to actually get, and was a little frustrating when I just needed 1 more agent but somehow missed it, I finally got it and now I know a couple of tips and tricks to help you get this trophy as well.

Dragon Age: Inquisition – Persuasive
Acquire 10 Inquisition agents in a single playthrough – Bronze
TIP: While there are a total of 23 different agents you can acquire during your time as Inquisitor, you only need 10 of these 23 agents to get the trophy. Some agents are more difficult to get then others, so here is a list of the 10 easiest agents you can acquire so you can get your trophy and you don’t have to worry about missing this trophy on yet another playthrough.

• Lord Berand
Location: The Hinterlands
How to Acquire: After you close the rift in Lornan’s Exile, go to the tavern located in this little cult area. Go to the second floor and talk to Lord Berand. Complete his quest and then go back to him. After that you’ll have the option to recruit him for the Inquisition.

• Smuggler Tanner
Location: The Hinterlands
How to Acquire: Make sure you have Cassandra in your party when you complete the side quest Business Arrangements. Have Cassandra talk to Tanner and convince her to join the Inquisition.

• Horsemaster Dennet
Location: The Hinterlands
How to Acquire: After completing all of the side quests to have horses sent to the inquisition, have Cassandra in your party when you talk to him next. Using her option have her convince him to join the Inquisition.

• Ritts
Location: The Hinterlands
How to Acquire: Make sure you save Ritts during the side quest Strange Bedfellows. After you save her, examine the body on the floor before talking to her. From there you’ll be able to recruit her into the Inquisition.

• Clemence the Tranquil
Location: The Hinterlands
How to Acquire: After speaking to Fiona and Alexius for the first time, you’ll be able to speak to some of the patrons in the tavern. Make sure you speak to Clemence and you’ll be able to recruit him right away.

• Merchant Belle
Location: Val Royeaux
How to Acquire: When you first get to Val Royeaux for the main story quest, go and speak to the merchant afterwards. You’ll then get the option to recruit her, but note that if you miss her when you go to Val Royeaux for the first time, she’ll be gone when you go back.

• Skywatcher
Location: The Fallow Mire
How to Acquire: Speak to Skywatcher near one of the rifts in the mire. After that go on your way to complete the main quest in this area. Once you finish you’ll be approached by him once more giving you the opportunity to recruit him for the Inquisition.

• The Blades of Hesserian
Location: The Storm Coast
How to Acquire: When completing the main mission on the Storm Coast, make sure that you craft the Amulet of Mercy before approaching the Blades of Hesserian. This way you’ll only have to battle their leader and once he is defeated, you’ll be able to recruit them for the Inquisition.

• Loranil
Location: Exalted Plains
How to Acquire: Complete all of the tasks given to you by the Dalish clan in this area in order to earn their trust. Once you have their trust, the keeper will allow you to recruit Loranil for the Inquisition.

• Fairbanks
Location: Emerald Graves
How to Acquire: Complete all of the side quests that Fairbanks gives to you and make sure his group of people are moved from their camp into the better camp that is being occupied in that area. Once you do that you’ll be able to recruit Fairbanks into the Inquisition.

There you have it, the 10 easiest agents that you can recruit into the Inquisition. There are another 13 agents wandering around Thedas so feel free to try and recruit them as well, but if you’re stuck these will help you get the trophy quickly and easily.

Have anything additional to add to my tip? Let me know in the comments section below and I’ll add it in and give you credit. Need help with a specific trophy? I’m always looking for my next weeks tip so throw out some suggestions in the comments section. If I have the trophy I’ll post a tip on how to get it.

  1. Really need to get round to playing this. Trouble is that the Witcher 3 will be inbound in a couple of weeks so playing this at the moment would be rendered mute. First world problems huh.

    • Tell me about it. I’m eagerly awaiting the release of The Witcher 3 which means no new games, just trying to finish up some that I already started.
