Submitted by Anonymous – How do you beat Scrabble on Hard against the CPU?
I’m going to say that this is a pretty much luck based thing. Each game you’ll get different tiles and the CPU will get different tiles so there is no way that you can play the same game twice. Each game you play will be different so it’s in your best interest to develop a strategy. Mostly you’ll want to try to spell as big as words as possible, remember you get bonus points for using all 7 tiles at once. You’ll also want to make sure that you hit as many bonus’s as possible with the highest scoring letters. If you do this then beating the CPU on hard should be no problem at all.
If you don’t want to go this route and try to accomplish beating the CPU all by yourself because you’re playing Scrabble just for the trophies instead of using it as a vocabulary builder, then you can always use this handy dandy website that will help you create words based on the letters that you have. You can go to this Scrabble Word Builder and get every single word that can be made with your letters. I will let you know though that this will not help you win. Yes, it will help you by providing you with words you didn’t even know existed but it in no way guarantees that win you’re looking for.
