Most Anticipated Game for November 2016

The end of the year is almost here and with the end of each year comes an influx of new games because let’s face it, this is the time of the year when gamers basically go broke. Yes, until the end of the year and then the first couple of months of the beginning of the year the amount of games coming out is crazy. This means that if you’re the type that has to have a bunch of new games day one, you better have steady cash in order to do so. Anyway, here’s what’s coming out in November.

*Just as a side note, my list of Nobember releases is not perfect. There might be some missing, or some dates may change. If you have anything you want to add feel free to let me know in the comments and I’ll include it in the list.*

There you have it, next month’s game list. A pretty impressive month for Ubisoft since they have a ton of games coming out. Hopefully they’re good games, but with that company you never really know as it’s usually a hit or miss with them. Unfortunately, none of these games are day one buys for me. Although there are some that I want to play, I have no intention of paying full price for them because while they are on my gaming radar it’s just not something that I have to have when it comes out. For me I’ll still probably be playing Skyrim or some other game that’s in my backlog.

Here’s my running list of games that I’ll be looking for during holiday sale time, minus the games that I’ve already purchased throughout the year, but not at full price.
• LEGO: Marvel’s Avengers
• Alekhine’s Gun
• Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2
• Republique
• Tales from the Borderlands – PS3
• Overwatch
• BioShock: The Collection
• Mafia III
• Rise of the Tomb Raider
• Watch Dogs 2
• Dishonored 2

Now it’s your turn. Which games will you be picking up day one in November if any at all? If you think about it, it wouldn’t be a November without some Call of Duty game being released, so how many of you will be picking up the newest Call of Duty? No judgement here of course, if that’s your game then it’s your game. Maybe you won’t be picking up anything and waiting for something else. Either way, let me know in the comments section below.

  1. I’m mostly looking forward to Dishonored 2 this month. Although I am intrigued by Watchdogs 2. The main reason I bought a PS4 was to play the first Watchdogs which was pretty disappointing. By the sounds of it though, the sequel might have fixed a few problems.

    • I would be looking forward to Dishonored 2 a little bit more if I had actually took the time to play the first one. Watchdogs 2 looks really good compared to the first one, but I’ll be holding off the day one buy for that one. The original Watchdogs was also one of the main reasons I bought a PS4 so early. The only thing that disappointed me was the story.

  2. I’ve got 4 games on my radar at the moment. Xenoverse 2, Dishonored 2, Final Fantasy 15 and Civ 6. The rest of 2016 is going to be spectacular! 😀

    • That’s a lot of games! Hopefully you’ll have enough time to play all of them too. I really have to play the first Dishonored…

      • Me too! I’ll probably stagger them so I won’t get overwhelmed with all the stuff I can play though.

You have to play it!, Although I didn’t finish it, (because of random motion sickness ^^) what I did play was awesome. This time I’ll get it on a console, instead of my PC.

      • I think you’ll do fine as long as you take it one game at a time and try not to play them all at once.

It’s sitting in the PS3 backlog section of my shelf. I keep looking at it, but I always pass it up for some reason. Now the big question is, what console will you be getting it for?

      • Definitely on PS4! I’ll be busy with Final Fantasy though, so I could wait until Christmas. I’ll have more time then!

      • Of course you would get it on the superior gaming system. 😉

Just think too, if you wait until Christmas time then you’ll even be able to get it on sale during one of those various different sales. So you wait a little longer and get it at a cheaper price. Unless I just have to have the game on day one, it’s what I do.

      • That’s what I plan on doing! Get the games I gotta have day one, and the rest during Christmas 🙂

  3. I’m looking forward to Watch Dogs 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and S3 of The Walking Dead. If you’ve played other TellTale games, you’re going to LOVE TellTale’s Boarderlands

    • I’m pretty sure the only TellTale game I haven’t played is Jurassic Park and it’s still sitting on my PS3, but I have played Tales from the Borderlands on my PS4 and loved it which is why I want to get it again for the PS3. It would have been nice to have a PS Vita version for that as well.

I can’t wait for the first episode of The Walking Dead Season 3. I’m really excited for it and looking forward to continuing Clementine’s story.
