Most Anticipated Game for October 2017

October 2017

The season of major gaming is upon us. It’s weird to see that it’s basically the end of the year already, but there are a bunch of games planned to come out from October to December, so let’s just get to it and see what’s coming out and if I’ll be buying into the hype and getting any of these games or just sitting and working on my backlog.

*Just as a side note, my list of October releases is not perfect. There might be some missing, or some dates may change. If you have anything you want to add feel free to let me know in the comments and I’ll include it in the list.*

And that wraps it up with a huge month full of AAA releases as well as the usual WTF releases that everyone has come to know. As of right now, I know for sure that I’ll be picking up day one South Park: The Fractured But Whole and Assassin’s Creed: Origins. Those are really the only two games that I’m going to be able to afford and my wallet already weeps. That’s not saying that I won’t be picking up some games during the holiday season such as Road Rage, if it ever comes out, and Wolfenstein II, even though I haven’t played the other Wolfenstein games yet. I might also pick up The Evil Within 2, if I could actually push myself to play the first one that’s on my backlog, and Friday the 13th: The Game. Those two are definitely maybe’s because I’m not into horror games and I have no idea why I even picked up The Evil Within to begin with.

Anyway, now it’s your turn. What games will you get picking up for the month of October if any? Are you going to be picking them up day one…or will you be waiting until some holiday sales to try and give your wallet a break? Let me know in the comments section.

    • I really didn’t like what was shown for Middle Earth at E3 so that one is going to be a major skip for me, but I’m looking forward to Wolfenstein II during the holiday time on sale. Plus I want to get through the other ones that are sitting in my backlog first.
