Another year has come and gone and it’s time to look forward into the gaming future to see what 2019 has in store for us. I think that 2019 looks to be a pretty promising year if some highly anticipated games can get some release dates. If not, it seems like it’s going to be a year where everything basically comes out in the first few months of the year and the rest of the year is a dud. Let’s not look that far though and see what’s coming out in January.

And there you have it. A list of games coming out for January. I have to say that I know some big games are coming out like Resident Evil 2 and Kingdome Hearts III, but none of those interest me so I’ll be sticking to my backlog for this upcoming month. That suits me just fine because there are a bunch of games that need to be played or at least need to be started so I don’t mind spending the first month of the year playing some older games.

KH3 and RE2 are definitely ones I want most but won’t be getting them for some time I expect. The backlog is too big and I just picked up LEGO DC too so plenty to play
At least you know that they’ll go on sale eventually so that’s something to look forward to. I also picked up LEGO DC, just have to find the time to play it now. 😀
I know everyone’s going crazy over KH3, but even though I’m big on JRPGs I was never able to get into Kingdom Hearts. I’m hoping for an announcement about a western Persona Q 2 release and more news about Shin Megami Tensei V and Disgaea 6, but the latter two are going to be a while coming.
We’re in the same boat. I was never able to get into the Kingdom Hearts games. Waiting for game announcements are always tough, but when they finally announce a game that you’ve been waiting for it feels like Christmas day.
I should focus on my backlog too, but I love Resident Evil 2. I’m definitely going to be playing that 🙂
Good luck with Resident Evil 2, I was never able to get into those games. I’ll feel the same way in February when I should be concentrating on my backlog but will probably be spending most of my time playing all the new games that are coming out. 🙂
