Most Anticipated Game for March 2019

I can’t believe that we’re already going to be in March already. I feel like this year hasn’t even scratched the surface of great games that are coming out. I’m super excited for this year in gaming and am still keeping my promise to only pre-order one game a month if that month has something in it for me to play and work on my backlog if not. Let’s see what’s in store for March.

There you have it, the games that will be coming out in March. For me, this is kind of a bland month so it’s not that difficult to see that I’ll only be ordering Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. I enjoyed the first game even though I didn’t finish it and feel like I bought it too late in order to be able to play it with friends and so on. Anyway, I’m not waiting this time and I’m going to get the sequel day one.

Most Anticipated Game for February 2019

The first month of the year is basically coming to a close and it’s time to see what’s on the plate for next month as far as new releases. I have to tell you that I planned on buying a bunch of games day one, but things have changed so I am going to be limiting myself to one new game a month, if that month has one new game that I want then I’ll pick it up, if it has two or more games that I want then I’ll be making a choice of only one game, and finally if that month has nothing new that I want then I’ll be playing my backlog. And there you have a it, a decent amount of games that are coming out in February. Some pretty big games are coming out and the rest just feel like filler, but that’s usually how it is. So, there are two games on my radar for February and they are Anthem and Far Cry New Dawn. One is a tired and true series and one is a completely new IP from a developer that I love. The choice was a hard one, but my most anticipated game for February and the one game that I’ll be getting day one is Anthem. To be honest I’m not too sure about this game, but I am a BioWare fangirl and I want to support the company and the new games that they release so there you have it.

Most Anticipated Game for January 2019

Another year has come and gone and it’s time to look forward into the gaming future to see what 2019 has in store for us. I think that 2019 looks to be a pretty promising year if some highly anticipated games can get some release dates. If not, it seems like it’s going to be a year where everything basically comes out in the first few months of the year and the rest of the year is a dud. Let’s not look that far though and see what’s coming out in January.

I have to say that I know some big games are coming out like Resident Evil 2 and Kingdome Hearts III, but none of those interest me so I’ll be sticking to my backlog for this upcoming month. That suits me just fine because there are a bunch of games that need to be played or at least need to be started so I don’t mind spending the first month of the year playing some older games.

So that seems to be it. Seems pretty typical for the end of the year with just two big games coming out the last of the month. As for me, I’ll be sticking to the backlog and all the sweet deals I was able to pick up during the holiday sales so they should keep me busy until all things game pick back up next year in February.

There you have a it, a huge list of games for the month of November, and the only one that interests me enough to get on release day is…Fallout 76. If you’ve read this blog before then you probably already knew that. I also have a huge amount of backlog to work on as well so I’m going to try and fit this in as much as possible especially since Red Dead Redemption comes out only a few weeks before. We’ll see how it all goes.

That is a huge list of games that are coming out for October, making it basically a typical October for a gamer. I’m totally prepared for my wallet to cry as my most anticipated games for the month are Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Red Dead Redemption 2. Usually pre-ordering two games a month are a no-no for me, but I can’t pass up on either of these games and they’re going to be day one buys for me. There is no way around it and I’ll just have to suffer a little as I pre-order these two games.

I know a lot of you are going crazy over the new Spider Man game, but I’m not one of those people and I’m also not one of those people who will be picking up Shadow of the Tomb Raider day one. I will most likely be saving this game for a holiday sale since I never finished Rise of the Tomb Raider. So until October I’ll be sticking to my backlog.

What an E3 this year, am I right? There were a bunch of games shown, a bunch of them come out this very year, a lot of them come out at some point in the future, but it was a show to remember, which means that my backlog is going to just continue to grow as more new games to come out. And that’s the round up of games coming out in June. It’s a decent list for a middle of the year month. I have a couple of games on my personal radar like Vampyr and LEGO The Incredibles, but that’s about it. While I know for sure I won’t be pre-ordering LEGO The Incredibles, I’ll purchase it on sale at the holiday time like I usually do with my LEGO games, I’m not sure about Vampyr. I really like what I’ve seen with this game, but it comes out first thing in June and I’ll probably still be playing Detroit: Become Human, or the way things are going I’ll still be trying to finish up God of War. Anyway, I’m not sure yet if I’ll pre-order Vampyr or wait for a sale.
