Most Anticipated Game for December 2015

Did everyone get through the November rush of games in one piece? Are you still recovering from the influx of games that you might or might not have even finished? I for one know that I’m still in full and complete Fallout 4 mode, so my backlog will continue to grow even though I tried so hard to get it down this year. Let’s see if there’s anything worth adding to the backlog list for the final month of this year.

*Just as a side note, my list of December releases is not perfect. There might be some missing, or some dates may change. If you have anything you want to add feel free to let me know in the comments and I’ll include it in the list.*

12/01/2015
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege – PS4
Just Cause 3 – PS4
Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends – PS4

12/08/2015
Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair – PS4

12/15/2015
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – PS3 / PS Vita

And…that’s it? Well this looks like it’s going to be an extremely slow month which is why I’m going to say that I’m not remotely interested in any of these games and will continue to happily play Fallout 4. I might try to get some backlogged games in as well, but mostly Fallout 4.

As always, now it’s your turn. Will you be picking up any of these games this month? I for one have never played Just Cause so it feels weird if I started playing 3 and I’ve never played any of the Tom Clancy Rainbow Six games, but I would be interested in hearing if you’re going to be playing any of these so let me know in the comments section below.

  1. I don’t own a PS4, don’t plan on owning one any time soon, but I do have an Xbox One, Wii U, and PC and I don’t plan on getting any of the mentioned games here. The beta was enough for me to write off Rainbow Six Siege. It’s terrible and I doubt it’ll get any better by the first of December. I am getting Just Cause 3. I can get a copy for $30 on PC.

The other games I’m interested in are Yo Kai Watch, Super Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, and Xenoblade Chronicles X.

My Wii U has been getting a lot of playtime lately. Yoshi’s Woolly World is one of the best games I’ve played all year long and I expect Xenoblade Chronicles X to be just as good.

    • Rainbow Six Siege is being published by Ubisoft so….I didn’t really have high hopes for it to begin with. It did look good at E3, but then again everything looks good at E3.

      • I know the feeling. Ubisoft is the worst company in gaming right now. They say one thing and give us another…

I actually wrote about them not to long ago. I don’t trust them and I’m currently boycotting their games because of how they treat PC gamers.

      • Ubisoft has been saying one thing and giving another for years and it’s mostly because they feel this need to release a new Assassin’s Creed every year thinking that people will forget about the game if they don’t release one. When they do that quality goes down and then the we get games like Assassin’s Creed: Unity which was just the worst.

      • I disagree. I liked Unity. I honestly think Syndicate is the worst of the bunch. That game is a boring piece crap that’s going to be featured in my top 10 worst games of the year in December.

      • I played Unity day one and it was so broken that I just really gave up on it, and then some other games came out so it’s still sitting on my shelf. Even with all of the bugs and glitches and everything else that was wrong with the game I just couldn’t really get into it like the other Assassin’s Creed games.

I haven’t given Syndicate a try yet, I was able to get it dirt cheap during a Black Friday sale, but I’m sure it’s going to sit on the shelf for a while before I actually get to it.

      • I got Unity for $27 on Ebay and it came with Black Flag on X1. I didn’t experience a single bug in the game and I really enjoyed it. It’s not GOTY or anything, but I liked it.

Syndicate on the other hand is a boring piece of crap in my opinion. Ubisoft really needs to stop making this game every year.

      • I agree that Ubisoft needs to stop making these every year. I think if they actually waited a couple of years to release the next Assassin’s Creed it would only help the franchise and not hurt it. I thought that Black Flag was a really great Assassin’s Creed game though, it gave me faith in the series again only to be let down.
